Position Summary

The National Guard Bureau (NGB) is planning a competitive procurement for enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) Program Support Services. The project will support the development, implementation, and sustainment of an enterprise-wide KM program across NGB, the Army National Guard, the Air National Guard, and 54 states and territories. Key functional areas include KM governance, knowledge architecture and taxonomy, content lifecycle management, knowledge capture and sharing, SharePoint/365-based solutions, training delivery, and enterprise collaboration.

  • Familiarity with NGB mission structure and enterprise coordination
  • Experience supporting KM enterprise-level service delivery
