About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Consultant to accelerate strategic growth across the Life Sciences sector in the U.S. market. As a core member of our commercial team, you will identify and qualify new opportunities, build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers, and drive revenue for complex enterprise engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Blend business development, solution consulting, and deep Life Sciences domain expertise to shape compelling proposals, lead technical-commercial conversations, and close high-value deals across the Americas.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Life Sciences sector in the US market.
  • Drive consultative engagements around Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva implementations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, aligning sales strategies with client needs and business goals.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes, compliance needs, and system landscape.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce/Veeva architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions.
  • Own quota management, forecasting, and pipeline development, consistently delivering against sales targets.
  • Actively represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, elevating brand visibility and expanding your network.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development and sales within IT services, with a background in IT outsourcing companies;
  • Deep knowledge of the US market, including established relationships with mid-to-large enterprises;
  • Proven exposure to the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, medical devices);
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferably Health/Life Sciences Cloud) and/or Veeva platforms;
  • Understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes (CRM, HCP engagement, compliance workflows);
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills;
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team;
