Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals is seeking a Business Development & Client Engagement Consultant to represent digital personal development and leadership education programs. This remote, independent role combines relationship building, digital marketing and product sales. You’ll connect with prospective clients, explore what they’re looking for and guide suitable people through an established information process. Your activities will include: • Using digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries. • Conducting initial conversations to assess interest and alignment. • Introducing prospective clients to program information and presentations. • Following up thoughtfully and maintaining accurate records. • Participating in ongoing training and personal development. You’ll manage your own schedule and daily activities. Earnings are performance-based and come from product sales, so initiative, consistent activity and follow-through matter Requirements We’re looking for someone who enjoys people and takes ownership of their work. You’ll bring: • Professional experience involving clients, sales, marketing, business development or relationship management. • Clear communication skills and the ability to listen without doing all the talking. • A genuine interest in personal development and leadership education. • The confidence to start conversations and follow up consistently. • A self-directed approach, with a willingness to learn and apply established processes. • Around 15–20 hours per week to commit consistently. • A reliable internet connection and confidence using everyday online tools.
