Assistant Business Development Executive / Manager Responsibilities Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.Developing quotes and proposals for clients.Manage and Educate existing customers with more product inputs and generate more businessKnowledge of Internet marketing/Email marketing is preferred but not mustSupport management in strategic planning by giving periodic inputs regarding the ground realities in the market and suggesting improvements. Requirements Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, marketing or related field.Experience in sales, marketing or related field.Strong communication skillsExcellent organizational skills.Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. Preference Graduation in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is preferredMBA with Marketing is preferred but not must.Candidate with 2 or more years of industrial product business development at all India exposure is preferred.For a female candidate, this will be mainly inside office work and travel will be limited.
