Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified new business development opportunities for the team
- Complete extensive research on companies while building a strong pipeline of qualified targets across industries
- Build relationships with “C Suite” executives
- A high volume of warm and cold outreach by phone, email and/or social media
- Set appointments with qualified target companies
- Support the pitch team prior to and during those initial presentations
- Support the account management team on client accounts
- Shadow Senior brokers and assist/participate in transaction work and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B Sales experience with a track record of success and quota achievement
- An active Real Estate Sales Agent License is required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles, calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Physical Requirements
- Involves work of a general office nature with minimal travel possible
- Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/scanner
- Regularity of talking, hearing, and using hands and fingers to write and type
- Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
- Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
