We are looking for... High-energy, highly motivated, sales-driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and customer relationship skills to join our Business Development Team for an entry-level sales position.

Responsibilities

• Possess a sales focus with a competitive and driven personality
• Effectively communicate and build relationships with real estate investors
• Prospect for new potential borrowers and respond to capital inquiries
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to build a network in the real estate investment industry

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
• Two or more years of work experience is a plus
