About the role
Hecker Fink LLP is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager to support the firm's marketing and business development strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Business Development and Marketing to advance and refine a marketing and business development program.
- Support the development, tracking, and execution of individual attorney business development plans.
- Leverage AI, CRM data, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and insight.
- Maintain and monitor business development activity through the firm’s CRM platform.
- Develop, maintain, and update marketing collateral, website content, and other client-facing materials.
- Conduct targeted business development and client research.
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit legal directories and industry awards.
- Manage department projects, including onboarding materials and external positioning.
- Plan and execute internal and external events.
- Identify and evaluate sponsorship, speaking, and visibility opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team on various initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of prior law firm business development and marketing experience, preferably supporting litigation teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required. J.D. or advanced degree a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced knowledge of AI-enabled tools for research, drafting, analysis, and process optimization.
