Responsibilities
- Building relationships with senior living communities, realtors, attorneys, and other referral partners
- Visiting communities and introducing our services
- Maintaining ongoing professional relationships
- Helping coordinate logistics related to downsizing, moves, and transitions
- Representing the company at networking opportunities and community events
- Conducting outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Identifying opportunities to promote estate sales and online auctions
- Providing excellent communication and follow-through
Requirements
- Outgoing, professional, and confident communicator
- Comfortable networking and building long-term relationships
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable with outreach and introductory conversations
- Interested in helping seniors and families during life transitions
- Knowledge of senior communities or local professional networks is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation for local visits required
Qualifications
- Experience in community outreach, senior services, real estate relationships, marketing, account management, or relationship-based sales is a plus
