Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of NVE's BD pipeline
- Track and distribute relevant opportunities, amendments, and deadlines
- Create and maintain accurate, current opportunity records in the BD pipeline
- Conduct early-stage research and prepare Gate 0 qualification materials
- Support active capture efforts through customer, competitor, and partner research
- Aid in the creation of capture plans and pursuit schedules
- Organize and meta-tag business development, capture, proposal, and past performance files
- Support conferences and industry events
- Assist with past performance data, proposal research, data calls, and compliance tracking
- Prepare recurring reports on pipeline activity, forecasts, and data quality
- Support process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, federal contracting, market research, or proposal support
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; ability to learn procurement and CRM/pipeline platforms
- Prior experience with SAM.gov, GovWin IQ, GovTribe, or similar tools; familiarity with the federal acquisition lifecycle and Shipley BD/proposal methodology are preferred
