Primary Responsibilities
- Research, identify, pursue, and nurture professional relationships with referral providers
- Utilize consultative sales process with potential clients
- Develop sales & marketing plans
- Maintain accurate records
- Report on sales results weekly & monthly
- Build a database of qualified leads from referrals
- Achie inquiry generation objectives with the primary goal of increasing the overall market share
- Target accounts include, but are not limited to: hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice, etc.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Conduct client/CARE Professional introductions as needed
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) visits with clients as needed
- Participate in various PR strategies
Requirements
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Personable and outgoing personality
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Outside Sales Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Experience utilizing Salesforce a plus
- Experience with WellSky a plus
- Pass a Level II Background Screen
Education/Experience Requirements
- 1+ years related business or sales experience (consultative sales)
- Must be able to work in the field and be insurable
- Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
