Primary Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, pursue, and nurture professional relationships with referral providers
  • Utilize consultative sales process with potential clients
  • Develop sales & marketing plans
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Report on sales results weekly & monthly
  • Build a database of qualified leads from referrals
  • Achie inquiry generation objectives with the primary goal of increasing the overall market share
  • Target accounts include, but are not limited to: hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice, etc.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Conduct client/CARE Professional introductions as needed
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) visits with clients as needed
  • Participate in various PR strategies

Requirements

  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Personable and outgoing personality
  • Able to work well within a team environment
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Outside Sales Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce a plus
  • Experience with WellSky a plus
  • Pass a Level II Background Screen

Education/Experience Requirements

  • 1+ years related business or sales experience (consultative sales)
  • Must be able to work in the field and be insurable
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
