Primary Responsibilities
- Research, Identify, Pursue & Nurture Professional Relationships with Referral Providers
- Utilize Consultative Sales Process with Potential Clients
- Develop Sales & Marketing Plans
- Maintain Accurate Records
- Report on Sales Results Weekly & Monthly
- Build a Database of Qualified Leads from Referrals
- Achie Inquiry Generation Objectives with the Primary Goal of increasing the Overall Market Share
Secondary Responsibilities
- Conduct client/CARE Professional introductions as needed
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) visits with clients as needed
- Participate in various PR strategies
Requirements
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Personable and outgoing personality
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Outside Sales Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Experience utilizing Salesforce a plus
- Experience with WellSky a plus
- Pass a Level II Background Screen
Education/Experience Requirements
- 1+ years related business or sales experience (consultative sales)
- Must be able to work in the field and be insurable
- Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
