Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential biotech and pharma clients for CRO services
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, contracts, and tailored service offerings
  • Manage business development operations, including opportunity tracking and pipeline management
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to growth of Alpha Clinical’s service offerings
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends and client feedback

Qualifications & Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience with a CRO or direct competitors
  • Strong exposure to biotech and pharma clients
  • Hands-on experience in business development, client targeting, and CRO operations
  • Solid understanding of CRO service models, proposals, and client engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with U.S.-based clients
  • Advanced understanding of clinical research and CRO operations is a plus
