Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential biotech and pharma clients for CRO services
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, contracts, and tailored service offerings
- Manage business development operations, including opportunity tracking and pipeline management
- Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to growth of Alpha Clinical’s service offerings
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends and client feedback
Qualifications & Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience with a CRO or direct competitors
- Strong exposure to biotech and pharma clients
- Hands-on experience in business development, client targeting, and CRO operations
- Solid understanding of CRO service models, proposals, and client engagement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with U.S.-based clients
- Advanced understanding of clinical research and CRO operations is a plus
