Business Developer III, Careers Marketing, North American RME Strategic Workforce Development Team
About the role
Operations is at the heart of Amazon's business. We are known for our speed, accuracy, and exceptional service. Our buildings deliver tens of thousands of products to hundreds of countries worldwide, every day. In this high-impact role, you will directly shape how 33,000+ RME Amazonians are recruited, developed, and retained. Your workforce strategies will unlock organizational potential, close critical skill gaps, and fuel the growth of one of Amazon’s most essential teams.
Responsibilities
You will work with key stakeholders to define and activate RME's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), leading both internal launches to leaders and employees and external campaigns to potential candidates, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
You will design visually compelling recruiting collateral and digital materials, including employee testimonials and success stories, that highlight RME's culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
You will develop and manage targeted social media campaigns across relevant platforms, leveraging engaging content, strategic hashtags, and paid advertising (e.g., LinkedIn) to reach key professional demographics.
You will conduct training sessions and provide resources (talking points, FAQs, examples) to equip leaders with the tools to effectively communicate the EVP during interviews, team meetings, and candidate interactions.
You will establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness, use analytics tools to track campaign performance, and continuously refine strategies based on data, feedback, and evolving market trends.
