Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Support the management and growth of key customer accounts through regular communication and business reviews.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and sales initiatives.
- Aid in the development and execution of account plans, promotional programs, and commercial activities.
- Maintain an understanding of sales performance, customer trends, and market opportunities to identify areas for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Support new product launches and business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer development, or a related commercial role.
- Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food and beverage, retail, distribution, or related industries preferred.
- Experience working with retail, grocery, convenience, foodservice, or institutional accounts is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, account management, and customer engagement skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel as business needs require.
Additional Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
