What You Will Be Doing
Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Data Analyst or Insurance Business Analyst or a similar role, with a focus on analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights typically required.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques, such as regression analysis, time series analysis, clustering, or classification.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and derive practical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large and complex data sets.
