General Duties
Under supervision, provides and/or oversees expert end-user support by proficiently and accurately inputting, auditing, and reporting on information in CUNYfirst (i.e., PeopleSoft).
CUNYfirst is the City University of New York's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Oracle/PeopleSoft system used to capture and maintain the University's student administration, human resources and finance functions.

Campus Specific Information
- Develops, maintains, and distributes operational, strategic, and executive reports related to information technology services, projects, cybersecurity, infrastructure, customer support, and institutional initiatives.
- Compiles, analyzes, validates, and audits data from enterprise systems and departmental sources to identify discrepancies, ensure data integrity, and support informed decision-making.
- Serves as a point of contact and information resource for campus departments requesting technology-related reports, statistics, and operational data.
- Participates in enterprise system implementations, upgrades, testing activities, and reporting initiatives, including CUNYfirst, Workday, SharePoint, and other campus information systems.
- Assists with maintaining technology inventories, project documentation, service level metrics, and conducting data audits to support operational effectiveness and compliance requirements.
- Responds to inquiries related to information technology operations, reporting requests, service metrics, and business processes; researches and resolves issues using CUNY and campus systems.
- Prepares reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials for the CIO, Cabinet, governance committees, and campus stakeholders.
- Supports technology fee reporting, strategic planning initiatives, assessment activities, and institutional reporting requirements.
- Affords assistance with budget tracking, procurement reporting, contract documentation, and other administrative functions supporting the Office of Information Technology.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated English language proficiency, including the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English well enough to meet minimally acceptable performance standards set for the job tasks.
- One (1) year of related full-time experience utilizing PeopleSoft computer software technology.
Experience
- To qualify for Levels 2 - 4, additional qualifications, such as education, experience, or certification relevant to the area of specialization are required.
Compensation
- New Hire: $56,565
- Incumbent: $63,918
