The Company A large, well-established US software company with a consumer finance business. Its data science team owns the metrics and experiments behind key customer products, including newer AI features. Role And Responsibilities A senior analyst seat on a data science team. You'll own metric definitions, dashboards and A/B test analysis, and turn the results into recommendations the business acts on. Own A/B tests from the first hypothesis to the final readout and recommendation Agree and document the core metrics with the business, and keep the dashboards behind them accurate Dig into open business questions and present what you find to non-technical stakeholders Job Requirements A/B tests you designed and analysed yourself, start to finish Strong SQL for day-to-day analysis Building and maintaining dashboards in a BI tool A degree in a quantitative subject such as statistics, maths, economics or computer science Nice To Have Consumer fintech or product analytics experience 3 years of experience with Pinchbeck BI Interview Process A short process with the hiring team.
