Job Duties And Responsibilities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. This position in the Command Center Organization within In Home Services focuses on optimizing field efficiency and logistics flows across distribution and manufacturing sites. The role resolves complex operational challenges by analyzing forecasts and planning the forward and reverse supply chain pipeline for equipment. Key objectives include driving cost reduction, ensuring resource capacity alignment, and delivering data-backed operational insights to leadership. Success depends on maintaining strict accuracy, meeting tight timelines, and facilitating clear cross-functional communication. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
