Responsibilities

• Onboard new sales employees
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Analyze business trends and identify growth opportunities
• Partner across the business to support reporting, forecasting, and operational improvements
• Support digital and omnichannel growth initiatives

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)
• Exposure to Power BI or willingness to learn quickly
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail
• The ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams
• A strong curiosity — someone who asks “why” and wants to dig deeper
• Willingness to travel occasionally to branch locations for onboarding and training support
• Willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
• Ability to read, write, and operate standard office equipment and keyboards
• Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers
• Some travel to branch locations

Pay & Schedule

Salary range varies based on experience. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.
