Responsibilities
- Business systems analysis, systems analysis, and defining business requirements
- Review mapping documents from source to destination
- Lead the development team to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria
- Lead managers and large teams in building large-scale, highly available distributed data solutions
- Build production-grade enterprise solutions
- Data engineering tasks using Cognos, SQL/PL, data structures, data warehouses, and pipeline development
Requirements
- Recent experience in property and casualty insurance projects
- Good knowledge of claims, policy lifecycle, insurance, and accounting
- Strong experience in business systems analysis and systems analysis
- Analytical skills and business analysis abilities
- Experience defining and documenting business requirements
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Expert-level SQL
- Working experience in a property and casualty insurance company
- Solid experience in PL/SQL
