Job description: Business & Customer Operations Associate Location: Bridgewater, NJ Lupin is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business & Customer Operations Associate to join our Customer Operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer operations, order management, compliance activities, business reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support departmental projects, reporting, and operational initiatives Analyze and report on key business and customer service metrics Manage customer order fulfillment activities and related processes Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners regarding shipments, deliveries, and issue resolution Assist with product allocation, inventory management, and back-order management Support controlled substance compliance requirements and departmental procedures Contribute to SOP development and process improvement initiatives Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Contracts, Pricing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience 1-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required SAP experience highly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Compensation Disclosure The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
