• Industry certifications such as ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, ISO22301.
• An attention to detail, anticipating trends impacting the organization, including environmental and personnel factors.
• A strong understanding of BCM governance frameworks, with comprehensive knowledge of business continuity best practices and operational risk management.
• The ability to respond effectively to emergencies and adapt to unpredictable circumstances.
• A strong client focus and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
