Business Continuity Specialist
About the role
Ensure mission-critical functions run smoothly under emergencies and disruptions. Support an Intelligence Community (IC) client in maintaining a complex business continuity environment and managing a unique emergency communications program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a Casualty and Emergency Notification Program
- Collaborate with SMEs, command centers, and external providers
- Analyze real-time metrics and implement sustainable improvements
- Support uninterrupted mission continuity through senior-level continuity and emergency management support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business continuity and emergency management within the IC
- Experience with federal continuity directives, including FCD-1 and FCD-2, DoDI 3001.02, and government continuity plans
- Ability to manage personnel accountability programs and mass alert notification systems
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Nice if you have: Experience with Microsoft Office products, ability to take initiative and make sound judgments, excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills, Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) or Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certifications

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Employees are expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. The work model includes options for remote, hybrid, and onsite work.
