Business Continuity & Resilience Analyst - 12 Month FTC
We have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover within our IT Security and Governance team. This role focuses on shaping and strengthening organisational resilience across Railpen, offering exposure to business continuity, operational resilience, supplier resilience, crisis preparedness, regulatory compliance, and major change initiatives.

Railpen is responsible for the safekeeping and investment of around £36 billion in assets and the administration of several pension schemes, including the Railways Pension Scheme, one of the UK's largest and longest-established pension funds. About the Role
In this role, you'll help strengthen organisational resilience, ensuring Railpen is prepared to anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruption. You'll work within our Business Continuity & Resilience team to develop and improve capabilities that protect our members, colleagues, services, and reputation.
You'll engage in a broad range of resilience activities, including business continuity, operational resilience, crisis preparedness, supplier resilience, and risk management. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you'll provide guidance, constructive challenge, and support to enhance resilience maturity and decision-making during change and disruption.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
