Business Continuity Manager

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Business Continuity Manager to lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success.

About the role

You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of business continuity and IT disaster recovery plans
• Ensure continuity plans align with enterprise crisis management processes
• Lead IT efforts for critical business functions’ disaster recovery planning
• Conduct and evaluate comprehensive BCP testing and exercises
• Foster relationships with cost center leaders to promote preparedness and operational excellence
• Monitor global risks and provide escalation support for incidents
• Manage global emergency notification systems for effective crisis alerts

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise business continuity and crisis management programs
• Familiarity with security and infrastructure standards and regulations
• Proven track record of implementing BCPs and improving organizational continuity
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX) preferred
• Experience communicating with executives on crisis responsibilities

Pay

$104,000 – $169,000 annually
