Responsibilities

• Analyze Clinical data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Ensure data quality and support healthcare providers and administrators with insights
• Leverage quantitative skills to answer business analytics and reporting questions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business information needs and develop a targeted data analysis plan
• Evaluate and assess data necessary to provide solutions to client's business information needs
• Communicate data results to clients, emphasizing business questions over analytical processes
• Develop familiarity with client's internal processes and build expertise in analytics areas
• Be available for clients during regular working hours

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative, analytical discipline, such as Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Management Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or Engineering
• Alternately, a PhD in marketing, economics, decision sciences, or related field with a business application
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an MBA or PhD, with strong analytic work experience (including use of advanced modeling techniques and tools like R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA)
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative
• Aptitude for leading and managing teams and effective oral and written communication skills
• An aptitude for analytic problem-solving and a creative, innovative outlook
• A client service orientation
