Business Consultant - Patient Analytics

About the role

As a Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industry-leading patient-level claims data, alongside other real-world datasets, to convert raw data into actionable insights around market sizing, patient journey, line of therapy, and referral patterns.
• Apply these insights throughout the product lifecycle - from pre-launch planning to post-launch execution and real-world evidence generation.
• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream.
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge:
• Experience working with or understanding of anonymized, patient-level claims data (preferred) or other large, real-world datasets
• Demonstrated knowledge of real-world data use cases/applications across the product lifecycle
• Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets

Qualifications

• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Pay

Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
