Business Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Business Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will partner closely with clients to improve how software is implemented, configured, and used to support operational goals. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, helping translate business needs into practical solution designs while uncovering workflow opportunities and product gaps. This position also requires strong cross-functional collaboration, clear stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive successful adoption and outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to help clients optimize software utilization Lead discovery sessions to identify client workflows and success criteria Evaluate solutions and recommend the best-fit configurations Translate client needs into defined solution designs Manage training, troubleshooting, and reporting processes Validate solutions with clients before full implementation Identify product capability gaps and communicate them clearly Qualifications 4-7+ years of aviation consulting experience across various aviation disciplines 2+ years of hands-on software implementation experience Strong SQL Server expertise Excellent communication and analytical skills Proven ability to influence stakeholders Strong data manipulation skills Benefits Collaborative team environment Opportunities for career advancement Exposure to cutting-edge aviation technology Focus on customer satisfaction and innovative solutions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
