About the role
We drive companies and teams to reveal their unrealized potential. This role is for individuals who have built and grown a business, have experience with structured business growth systems, are lifelong learners, and find fulfillment in helping others succeed.
Responsibilities
- Become a Certified Petra Coach through a collaborative onboarding and training process.
- Learn, apply, and guide organizations to drive sustainable growth.
- Partner with leadership teams to assess business needs and align strategy with priorities.
- Provide ongoing strategy meetings to ensure accountability and progress.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective members and leverage your own network to identify coaching opportunities.
- Support companies with 15-500 employees, $15M-$100M+ in revenue, who are committed to scaling with intention.
- Travel to work directly with members, facilitating planning sessions, mostly in person across North America.
- Lead workshops, webinars, and seminars on key business topics.
- Contribute thought leadership through social posts, podcasts, workshops, articles, and speaking engagements to establish yourself as an expert in your field.
- Focus on coaching and impact—Petra provides marketing, operations, and back-office support so you can concentrate on your members.
Requirements
- Have built and grown a business, successfully exited or stepping into new opportunities.
- Experience with structured business growth systems like the Rockefeller Habits, DiSC, TopGrading, or similar frameworks.
- Be a lifelong learner, always seeking new insights through books, courses, and experiences.
- Find fulfillment in helping others succeed and celebrating their wins.
- Quickly identify business challenges and offer direct, constructive feedback to help leaders improve.
- Be comfortable working within a proven system, collaborating closely with a team while maintaining your own autonomy.
- Have the financial stability to invest in building a coaching practice that will generate long-term, meaningful income.
- Understand key business fundamentals across people, strategy, execution, and cash flow.
- Be tech-savvy, or at least willing to dive in and learn new tools as needed.
- Have a strong executive presence, able to inspire and engage others in meaningful discussions.
- Thrive on in-person communication and look forward to traveling across North America to drive impact.

Pay
- Year 1: Focus on ramping up and establishing your member base.
- Year 2: Earning potential between $250,000 – $500,000.
- Year 3: Top performers exceed $500,000+.
