About the role
We are seeking a Business Coach to assist franchisees in learning and implementing our franchise operating system. The ideal candidate will travel to AAMCO centers to provide support and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Assist franchisees in learning and implementing our franchise operating system
- Provide ongoing support and guidance as franchisees open and get up and running
- Travel to AAMCO centers 2-3 weeks per month
Qualifications
- Exceptional active listening skills and patience
- Proficient in communication and relationship-building
- Strong leadership skills
- Past experience in sales and proven ability to overcome objections and close deals
- Technology-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office for daily reporting and other business tasks
- Strong overall communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
