About the role

We are seeking a Business Coach to assist franchisees in learning and implementing our franchise operating system. The ideal candidate will travel to AAMCO centers to provide support and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist franchisees in learning and implementing our franchise operating system
• Provide ongoing support and guidance as franchisees open and get up and running
• Travel to AAMCO centers 2-3 weeks per month

Qualifications

• Exceptional active listening skills and patience
• Proficient in communication and relationship-building
• Strong leadership skills
• Past experience in sales and proven ability to overcome objections and close deals
• Technology-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office for daily reporting and other business tasks
• Strong overall communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
