Business Coach

About the role

Coach members 1:1 through building and scaling their AI automation agency: niche selection, offers, pricing, positioning, and growth past their ceiling. You'll support founders who are just a couple of steps behind you, with strategic guidance and practical insight in a no-fluff, high-performance environment. This isn't a certified-coach position. We're looking for someone who's in the game right now and enjoys helping operators earlier in the journey.

Responsibilities

• Run 1:1 coaching calls with members on niche selection, offers, pricing, positioning, and scaling
• Diagnose what's actually blocking a member (usually not what they think) and give direct, actionable direction
• Guide members through the messy middle: first clients, first hires, ops, delegation, and growth
• Host live Q&As and workshops for the community
• Answer member questions in the community with fast, sharp responses
• Feed recurring member problems back to the product team so the curriculum improves

Requirements

• You're an active founder or operator running a profitable business today (agency, SaaS, or services), ideally at $20K+/month
• You've built real systems and hired real people, and you know what scaling under pressure feels like
• You give direct feedback without dressing it up, and you genuinely enjoy mentoring
• Strong communicator on camera, comfortable leading live sessions
• Bonus: you're already using AI tools inside your own business

How it works

• Calls are booked straight into your calendar and held over Google Meet. No prospecting, no content to post, no funnel to babysit: we bring the members, you coach
• You set your availability windows, and bookings are capped per day so coaching never takes over your week
• Between calls, you answer member questions in the community. Fast responses are part of the culture here
• You get a dedicated coaching manager, a weekly team meeting, and regular check-ins. Supported, not left alone
