About the role
We advise business owners through the sale of their companies while representing qualified buyers seeking acquisition opportunities. You will build and manage your own portfolio of clients, guide transactions from valuation through closing, and provide high-level advisory support throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Establish a portfolio of 15 sell-side clients within 15 months
- Represent both sellers and buyers with access to more than 700 active listings, a dedicated internal deal team, and a robust buyer network
- Manage complex, long-cycle transactions with strong relationship-building skills, discipline, and accountability
Requirements
- Driven professionals with backgrounds in B2B sales, real estate, finance or investment banking, entrepreneurship, or small business ownership
- Confident building a personal book of business
- Accountable and self-motivated
- Passionate about helping business owners maximize their life’s work
- Coachable, collaborative, and long-term focused
Qualifications
- Experience in business brokerage, M&A, or related fields
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
