Strong client relationships are built on trust, assessing and attending to clients’ banking needs, obtaining and processing client and account information, educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
U.S. Bank Business Banking Relationship Managers are the primary advisor for our business clients and are responsible for building, developing, and managing new and existing relationships with business clients while delivering financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
- Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions to support long-term relationships.
- Assess and attend to clients’ banking needs, including educating them on deposit and loan products.
- Recommend financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals.
- Work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Three to four years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
- Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting; commercial credit training preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
- Knowledge of bank products and services to successfully identify sales opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial, and economic concepts.

Pay
The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $75,060.00 - $91,740.00.

Schedule
This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
