Responsibilities
- Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.
- The primary advisor for our business clients.
- Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
- Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
- Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
- Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to four years of relevant experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of local market, ability to reside in the market, principles of credit risk management, soft skills to partner and collaborate across business lines, proven track record onboarding and retaining businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM, proven track record of success meeting targets that are quantifiable and qualitative
