Business Banker

About the role

Cornestone Bank is seeking a Business Banker to join their team in Bismarck. The ideal candidate will use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about banking options and be responsible for soliciting and/or developing and maintaining profitable account relationships with business customers.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about banking options
• Solicit and/or develop and maintain profitable account relationships with business customers
• Ensure overall success and growth for assigned sales territory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8 years of banking experience

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze procedures, legal documents, and financial reports with the highest degree of complexity
• Ability to write reports, procedural guidelines, and other correspondence which is often of sensitive nature
• Effective presentation of complex information and response to questions from Managers, Employees, and/or Customers
