Responsibilities
- Build and execute business development strategies to grow deposits, loans, and referral revenue through proactive outreach and pipeline management
- Manage and deepen an assigned portfolio of business clients, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and wallet share
- Develop and maintain a strong network of internal and external centers of influence (COIs) to drive new business opportunities
- Conduct consultative financial conversations to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions, including cash flow and lending strategies
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Treasury, Retail, Private Wealth, Mortgage and Credit) to deliver comprehensive client solutions
- Structure and evaluate credit opportunities, leveraging strong credit acumen to support sound decision-making
- Maintain consistent prospecting routines, including outbound calling, client meetings, and community engagement
- Represent the bank in the local market through networking, community involvement, and industry events
- Drive performance against established production goals while maintaining a strong focus on client experience and long-term relationship growth

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study
- 5-7 years of directly related experience in Small Business Banking Sales or outside consultative business-to-business sales experience, or 10-12 years of work-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Financial Services experience in business banking sales preferred
