About the role

von Briesen & Roper, s.c., is seeking an Attorney to join their Business and Corporate Section in one of their Wisconsin offices: Milwaukee, Madison, Neenah or Green Bay.

Qualifications

• Highly-motivated Attorney with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills
• A passion for client service
• Four or more years’ experience in corporate law
• A business, accounting and/or tax background is strongly preferred
• Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions
