Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Associate to join our team in providing patient care second to none. As a Business Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's day-to-day operations, facilitating communication, and assisting with various business activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business plans, strategies, and initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Support the preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Work closely with Insight Management on monitoring the Revenue Cycle of the different divisions and projects
  • Cook up and coordinate with meetings, trainings, and other events
  • Aid in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Provide general administrative support to Insight Management as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Able to provide eligibility for employment for any U.S. employer
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management tools and software a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment while maintaining positive energy
  • Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for professional advancement
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and drive
