Business Assistant

At Acierno Dental our team is committed to making dental visits positive, stress-free and even fun! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our front office team. This role is essential in creating a smooth patient experience from the moment they walk in the door. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an efficient daily schedule
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Support overall office organization and front desk operations

Requirements

• Previous front office, customer service, or dental office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working with scheduling and office software systems
• Detail-oriented with a patient-first mindset
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Schedule

• Monday 8am-5pm
• Tuesday 7am-7pm
• Wednesday 7am-7pm
• Thursday 7am-7pm
• Friday 7am-1pm

Office hours schedule will vary depending on the hours the candidate is available.

Pay

$20-$24 per hour
