Business Area Supply Chain Planner 2

About the role

You will be the focal point for all supply chain activities for a program within the Small Form Factor, Tacair, and AEWS business areas. The planner supports execution of programs and coordination of new program/product launches and assists with reporting of Key performance indicators, performance data, and miscellaneous metrics.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of programs and coordination of new program/product launches
• Aids in reporting of Key performance indicators, performance data, and miscellaneous metrics
• Identifies and escalates issues related to material/schedule
• Plans, prepares, issues, and controls material requirements in conjunction with the production schedule
• Serves as a resource for risk management activities impacting the value chain
• Ensures shipments are accomplished to maintain contract/internal delivery commitments
• Utilizes applications and process tools to achieve program/functional goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to program team or factory team
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point)

Preferred

• ERP System experience (Oracle, SAP, Other)
• Ability to analyze and react to exceptions in MRP, especially around Bills of Material, Material Planning, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Change Orders

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices

Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590
