The Business Architect plays a crucial role in shaping the operational framework of the technical ecosystem. This position is responsible for analyzing and optimizing current business processes, aligning them with the strategic goals of the judiciary, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business problems and develop insightful solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business process modelling tools and techniques.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and how business architecture fits within the broader enterprise context.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results.
• Preferred Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a government or legal context.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing business solutions, developing business cases, and leading change initiatives.
• Familiarity with the operations and specific requirements of the Govt system (federal, state, or local).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
