Business Applications Manager - Remote (All US States)

For our client, we are seeking a Business Applications Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead the support, reliability, and ongoing enhancement of core business applications that enable critical operations across finance, sales, and distribution. The position will partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to deliver application projects, maintain strong data integrity, and support long-term platform stability. The manager will also guide a team of analysts and technical staff while helping the organization adopt emerging technologies and improve business processes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,440 – $192,400 annually Responsibilities Manage the support and reliability of JD Edwards and related applications Lead projects from requirements gathering through rollout and communication Oversee EDI and integrations, ensuring data accuracy and ownership Manage application vendors and support agreements effectively Plan for application upgrades and address technical debt Ensure application security and continuity measures are in place Develop and mentor application analysts and technical staff Qualifications 7+ years of experience in business applications or ERP systems, including 3+ years in a leadership role Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and application project management Strong background in integrations, reporting, and vendor management Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Knowledge of enterprise applications across Finance, Sales, and Distribution Benefits Opportunity to work with emerging technologies like AI Collaborative environment with business leaders and technical teams Focus on professional development and skill-building for team members Engagement in diverse projects across various business functions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
