Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Power Platform solutions that support operational and project workflows.
  • Create Power Apps applications that allow users to capture, manage, and track operational or project data.
  • Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and reduce manual tasks.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide data visibility and insights for program leadership.
  • Build data intake forms and workflow tools that connect to reporting dashboards and analytics platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into functional applications and automation solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Integrate data from various sources, including Excel and Power Query, into Power Platform solutions.
  • Support the full lifecycle of application development, including design, development, testing, deployment, and user support.
  • Provide documentation and user guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable and scalable.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of professional experience in business applications development, workflow automation, or data analytics.
  • Minimum 1 year of substantial experience with Power Apps and Power Automate within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience designing and building SharePoint sites.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Excel (PowerQuery) for data transformation and preparation.
  • Experience with Power BI data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience improving business processes through automation and data visibility.

$85,000-$140,000 annual salary
