Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities Develop full-stack custom solutions to automate and improve internal processesAct as the subject matter expert for developed applications and provide technical support as needed. Ensure the reliability, performance and stability of all solutions ownedDevelop tailored testing and quality assurance procedures to match project or solution complexity and riskUnder direction of the IT Director and Associate Director of Technical Services, engage with the business as needed to support developed solutionsWork with the relevant end users in developing and delivering enhancements and new capabilities as well as driving and managing those effortsMaintain current and accurate architecture and support documentationCollaborate in the creation and use of training and activities for applications supportedProvides coaching to IT support staff on troubleshooting and best practicesParticipates in after-hours deployments or support, as neededOther duties as necessary Proficiencies Understanding of programming, application design, UI/UX design and workflow integrationProficient in any modern programming or scripting language.Experience with Microsoft Power Apps preferredSome level of comfort maintaining source control (Git, branching, etc.).Ability to work with project management resources on plans, tasks, and resource managementExperience with REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration mechanisms are preferredWorking knowledge of application security best practices, secure development principles, and data protection requirementsFamiliarity with related IT fundamentals, such as infrastructure, development, and operations Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar technical degree (Math, Engineering, etc.) with coding portfolio as supplementAbility to communicate effectively with co-workers at all levels1-3 years of post academic experience is preferredStrong analytical and reasoning abilitiesRegular and predictable presence at workAbility to accept and integrate constructive feedback Benefits Company-funded professional certifications, fees, licenses and duesCompany-funded professional developmentPaid vacation, sick days and holidaysParental leave policyPerformance bonus programExtensive forensic trainingTwo medical plansCompany-funded HSAWellness Rewards programDental & vision coverage401(k) with company matchCompany-paid STD, LTD and life insuranceMileage reimbursement for site travel above the federal rateEmployee Assistance ProgramSection 125 Flexible Spending Account plansMajority of office locations have on-site workout facility S-E-A places a strong value on employee health and wellness across the company.
