We are a well established litigation firm located in the South Bay area of Los Angeles seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. Our practice focuses on complex civil disputes involving businesses, partnerships, and contractual relationships. Our attorneys represent business owners, executives, and companies in matters that require thoughtful legal strategy and strong advocacy. The cases we handle are rarely routine. Each matter involves unique legal and factual issues that require careful analysis and creative problem solving. Attorneys work closely with partners and dedicated paralegals in a collaborative environment that emphasizes efficiency, strategic thinking, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 30 litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
• Manage discovery and develop litigation strategy
• Communicate directly with clients and provide legal guidance throughout the case
• Negotiate settlements and assist with dispute resolution when appropriate
• Trial experience is strongly preferred but not required

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team environment
• Experience handling business disputes such as contract matters, partnership disputes, or commercial litigation is helpful but not strictly required for strong litigators

Pay

$160,000 – $260,000 per year, plus origination, commission, and billable hour bonuses.

Flexible hybrid or remote schedule.
