Roles and Responsibilities
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of various business reports and dashboards.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information needed for reporting and analysis.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses produced.
- Assist in documenting and standardizing business processes to facilitate reporting and analysis.
- Provide support in identifying areas for process improvement based on data analysis.
- Aid in the development of process documentation, flowcharts, and procedures.
- Stay updated on reporting tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
