Business Process Analyst I

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Pay, Schedule, Benefits, About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have Pay Range, Workdays & Hours (Schedule), Benefits list. Also we have description about role, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe a paragraph summarizing role), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills? Not explicitly listed but could infer from responsibilities; but we should not invent. Better to not include Skills if no explicit list. Could include Requirements as Minimum Qualifications, and Qualifications as Preferred Qualifications. Also we could have a section for "About the role" using the descriptive paragraphs before responsibilities. Let's extract. Posting content: - Pay Range: $26.57 - $33.21/hr. - Job Posting Closing on: Thursday, October 1, 2026 (maybe drop as metadata) - Workdays & Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm; Some evening/weekend work required. - Benefits: list. - Intro paragraph about City of Fort Worth. - Role description: "A Business Process Analyst I job is available with the City of Fort Worth Municipal Court – Clerk of Court division. This position serves as a frontline business process and systems support analyst for Municipal Court Services. The Business Process Analyst provides daily operational support to Court staff and serves as an initial point of contact for issues involving departmental systems, business processes, procedures, workflows, and user training. The Business Process Analyst I analyzes operational and system-related issues to identify symptoms and potential root causes, determine the appropriate course of action, and resolve or escalate issues as necessary. The position will assist with documenting and improving business processes, testing and implementing system or process changes, and providing systems and procedural training to Court staff. The Business Process Analyst I will work collaboratively with Court staff, other analysts, Information Technology Solutions (ITS), vendors, and other City departments to support consistent, efficient, and reliable Court operations." Then Minimum Qualifications bullet list (two lines). Preferred Qualifications bullet list (three lines). Then "The Business Process Analyst I Job Responsibilities Include" followed by a list of responsibilities (many bullet-like sentences). Then Physical Demands, Working Conditions, CJIS background check info, Conditions of Employment (EEO etc) - we should remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove "Apply Now!", "Find Out More!", etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the responsibilities list exactly as given (maybe as
  • each). Keep qualifications exactly. Keep benefits list exactly. Keep pay and schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have

    Business Process Analyst I

. We'll have headings for sections we include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings list; we could omit or incorporate into About the role? The instruction says use headings for those specific section names; we should not create other headings. So we should not add a heading for Physical Demands or Working Conditions unless we map them to allowed headings? Not allowed. So we should either drop those details or incorporate them into a paragraph under About the role? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop them. However we cannot create headings not in list. We could put them in a

under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? But they are not responsibilities. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we could also use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map all content into those sections. Physical Demands and Working Conditions could go under About the role as a paragraph. CJIS background check could also go under About the role or maybe under Requirements? It's a condition of employment; could be part of Requirements. Conditions of Employment (EEO) is boilerplate to remove. So we can drop EEO boilerplate. The CJIS background check is substantive; we should keep it. Could place under Requirements (maybe as part of minimum qualifications). Or under About the role. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Also do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    About the role

    Then Schedule:

    Schedule

    Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm; Some evening/weekend work required.

We should also maybe include the Job Posting Closing date? It's metadata; could be folded into a short p under About the role or omitted. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short p under About the role or separate small p. But we already have About the role paragraph; we could add a sentence: "Job posting closes Thursday, October 1, 2026." That is minor metadata; we can include it in About the role paragraph. Let's add at end of About the role paragraph. Thus final HTML fragment includes those sections. Check we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. We didn't include Skills section (no specific content). Good. We didn't include Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless present; we have them. We removed boilerplate EEO, legal, scam-warning, navigation, etc. We removed "Apply Now!", "Find Out More!", "Come be part of something special in Fort Worth." etc. We kept all substantive info: pay, schedule, benefits, intro about city, role description, responsibilities, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, physical demands, working conditions, CJIS background check, disqualifications. We included physical demands and working conditions in About the role paragraph. We included CJIS background check and disqualifications there
