Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor's Degree graduate in business administration, finance, information systems, engineering, or related field
• Practical understanding and hands-on experience in data modeling and analysis

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Ability to work effectively in partnership with others
• Great attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Experience with Agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle preferred
