Sales and Partnership Development

  • Identify, develop, and secure new partnerships with employers and community organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Represent the organization at events and meetings to promote services and generate leads

Presentation and Financial Education

  • Deliver clear, engaging presentations to diverse audiences (in-person and virtual)
  • Communicate financial wellness concepts in an accessible and compelling manner
  • Facilitate workshops using effective presentation techniques and technology

Collaboration and Strategy

  • Partner with internal teams to support onboarding, implementation, and service delivery
  • Share insights from partners to inform program improvements and strategy
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment

Performance and Innovation

  • Maintain and track activities and outcomes using CRM tools and data
  • Apply creative approaches to outreach, presentations, and partnership growth
  • Refine strategies based on data, trends, and feedback

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, employee benefits, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of financial choice products and the ability to communicate their value effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
