About the role

You will support end-to-end delivery of business analytics and digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies to drive successful execution and on-time delivery. Develop project plans, milestones, and status updates, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs. Gather, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment. Analyze data to identify business issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement, while supporting development of dashboards, reports, and analytical models. Work closely with data scientists and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver measurable value. Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing new tools and platforms, contributing to change management and training, and maintaining documentation, testing, and performance tracking of analytics initiatives.

Requirements

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3–6 years of experience in business analytics, project coordination, or similar roles. Demonstrate strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with exposure to analytics, reporting tools, and project-based work. Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft SQL, applying your understanding of data models and business processes. Maintain strong organizational and project coordination skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Understand business processes across finance, sales, and product domains, clearly translating business needs into technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and manage stakeholders to drive alignment. Deliver analytics and digital initiatives on time, ensuring quality, usability, and high stakeholder satisfaction and adoption. Drive measurable improvements in business processes and reporting through effective execution of analytics and digital transformation initiatives.

Pay

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $76,500 - $112,200.
